The previous two photos were taken from the Moki Dugway, which was basically a gravel road with a lot of switchbacks, a steep grade and an 1100 ft drop over the side.
This last photo was taken in Arches National Park during a thunderstorm. The storm started and ended within an hour. It was very pretty to watch from the safety of our car!For more Thursday Challenge posts, click here!

And if it's anything like the Upper Mojave, 15 minutes after it quit, you couldn't tell it had rained at all.
